Zhonghe Yuanfeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was established on October 30, 2008. Its predecessor was Jiangxi Xinyu Industrial Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 368 million yuan. The headquarters building is located in the Hero City—Building 25, Jianzhu Qianyi Industrial Park, No. 398 Hezhou Road, Xianghu New Town, Nanchang County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, with a total construction area of 6,470 square meters. At present, the company is a national first-class construction unit, possessing two general contracting first-class qualifications for housing construction engineering construction and mechanical and electrical installation engineering construction, as well as three professional contracting first-class qualifications for building decoration, fire protection facilities, and foundation engineering, and one municipal public engineering construction general contracting second-class qualification and five third-class qualifications.
Over the past decade, with the joint efforts of all employees and the support of all sectors of society, Zhonghe Yuanfeng has achieved rapid development. It has grown from an initial small enterprise to a large enterprise today with fixed assets of more than 60 million yuan, annual output value exceeding 1.6 billion yuan, and nearly 1,000 employees.
