CECEP Environmental Protection Investment Development (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. is a secondary company jointly invested and established in Nanchang High-tech Zone, Jiangxi Province by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Corporation, a central enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and Jiangxi Urban and Rural Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The company was established in March 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. As a large-scale energy-saving and environmental protection investment service company, its business scope currently focuses on the investment, construction, and operation of sewage projects in industrial parks in Jiangxi Province, while also undertaking the development and investment of green real estate and low-carbon environmental protection industrial parks. In early 2012, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Corporation and Jiangxi Urban and Rural Construction Investment Co., Ltd. jointly signed the "Joint Venture Agreement on Sewage Projects in Industrial Parks of Jiangxi Province." This project is one of the ten major projects for the ecological construction of Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province. The project's cooperative investment amount is RMB 14.6 billion, with plans to build 102 industrial sewage treatment facilities.
