Guangdong Derunhao Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Derunhao) was founded in Zhuhai in May 1996 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in June 2004 with stock code 002005. Its main products are small household appliances and LED series products, with the main brand identifier ETi.

Derunhao has more than 20 wholly-owned and holding enterprises, over 15,000 employees, and seven R&D and manufacturing bases located in Zhuhai, Wuhu, Zhongshan, Shenzhen, Dalian, Yangzhou, and Bengbu.
