Yuekai Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in June 1988 with a registered capital of 3.126 billion yuan. On August 1, 2014, it was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, also known as the "New Third Board"), with securities code 830899.

Since 2014, the Company has seized opportunities and pursued innovative development, pioneering the financing channel of the New Third Board within the industry. Within just half a year, it completed two rounds of financing totaling 3.8 billion yuan, increasing its registered capital to 3.126 billion yuan. Currently, the Company has over 80 branches across North China, Central China, East China, South China, Northwest and other regions, forming a multi-regional and multi-level network structure, and owns two wholly-owned subsidiaries.

In 2019, Guangzhou Development District Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Development District Holdings") became the controlling shareholder of the Company. In the future, the Company will base itself in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, providing high-quality financial services to technology-based and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and serving the development of the regional real economy. The Company will leverage the high-quality resources of its controlling shareholder, effectively integrating existing securities business with Development District Holdings' technology capital investment and operation, park construction and operation, and quasi-financial businesses, to build the Company into a first-class boutique securities firm.
