Zhendui Industrial Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhendui") is a mixed-ownership technology industrialization enterprise jointly established by China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) and CITIC Group, two central state-owned enterprises. Currently, major clients include China Merchants Energy Shipping, CDB Leasing, CITIC Heavy Industries, CITIC Dicastal, Waigaoqiao and other large state-owned industrial and financial service enterprises. 2009: The company's core technical team was born in China Shipbuilding Industry System Engineering Research Institute. 2013: The company's core technical team successfully developed the Ship Operation and Maintenance System (SOMS), marking a new upsurge in the development of China's ship intelligent systems. 2017: The company's core technical team participated in the completion of the smart ship "Dazhi". 2018: The company's core technical team matured, and CSSC innovatively carried out mixed-ownership reform of the team. 2019: The company officially obtained the establishment approval from CSSC and CITIC Group, and was established on September 23, 2019. In December, it obtained the Digital Twin Ready certification certificate issued by LR.
