广东歌舞剧院有限公司（原广东歌舞剧院）是广东省文化厅直属的国办专业艺术表演团体，其前身是成立于1949年7月的华南文工团。按照中央和广东省关于文化体制改革的总体部署，广东歌舞剧院作为广东省文化厅首批文化体制改革试点单位，于2010年12月30日正式挂牌成立广东歌舞剧院有限公司。公司设有舞剧团、歌剧团、舞台制作中心、创作部、演出部、办公室、人事部、财务部、业务部等九个职能部门，并拥有广东演艺中心综合楼、1200座的大剧场及400多豪华座位的综合排演厅。
