赵家楼饭店集客房、餐饮、会议接待、商务中心等服务设施为一体，有高、中档客房201间；大、中、小会议室6个，宴会厅可容纳200人开会；大、小餐厅13个，可同时接纳300人就餐，餐厅菜系主要为川菜、粤菜、家常菜等。饭店设置中央空调、有线电视、宽带网络、国内外直拔电话，提供24小时热水洗浴，停车服务等。
