Chongqing Dayou Architectural Design Institute was established in 1977. The institute currently has 126 employees, including: 1 expert approved by the State Council to enjoy special government allowances, 5 National Class I Registered Architects, 13 National Class II Registered Architects, 5 National Class I Registered Structural Engineers, 4 National Registered Civil Engineers (Geotechnical), 3 National Class II Registered Structural Engineers, 28 Senior Engineers, and 42 Engineers. Professional and technical personnel account for 94% of the total staff. It holds Class A qualifications for architectural engineering design, Class B qualifications for engineering survey, Class C qualifications for urban planning compilation, and Class C qualifications for municipal public utility engineering design. In 2003, it passed the ISO9001 quality system certification. For many years, it has been committed to various types of architectural and planning design and geological exploration, undertaking the design of various industrial and civil buildings and structures, residential area planning, geological exploration, engineering budget (estimate), etc. Through decades of effort, it has become one of the design institutions with relatively high credit standing, strength, and reputation.
