Company Introduction Changsha Suicheng Rail Transit Co., Ltd. was registered and established on May 22, 2020, with paid-in registered capital of 4.04652 billion yuan. It was jointly invested and established by four shareholders: Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., Changsha Rail Transit Line 6 Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Rail Transit Group), PCI-Suntek Technology Co., Ltd., and China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd. It is the project company for the successful bidding and implementation of the B part PPP project of Rail Transit Line 6, currently Changsha City's * rail transit PPP project. State-owned capital accounts for 85% of the company, making it a state-owned capital holding company. II. Shareholder Introduction 1. Guangzhou Metro Group is a large wholly state-owned enterprise of the Guangzhou Municipal Government and an important member of the Community of Metros (CoMET). The total rail transit mileage it operates has reached 676.5 kilometers. It possesses first-class domestic investment and financing, construction, and operation capabilities, and many of its operation service indicators are in a leading position in the metro association's annual benchmarking evaluation.
