1.负责AI开发平台(智能体开发平台模型平台等)后端开发工作；
2.与其他同事紧密协作，参与AI开发平台的的需求分析、方案设计和技术实现，确保项目按时交付并满足业务目标；
3.关注大模型应用技术的*新发展动态，研究和引入先进的技术和方法，持续助力大模型应用开发的基础平台建设；
4.编写相关的技术文档和开发文档，记录开发过程、技术方案和测试结果，为团队知识共享和后续项目提供参考。
任职要求：
1.计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历，
2.3 年以上后端开发经验、有完整的后端项目开发经验、或者如果有智能体平台开发经验优先；
3.具备扎实的后端开发能力和工作经验，熟练掌握至少一种后端开发语言（如 Python、Java、Go 等），熟悉常用的后端框架和工具（如Fastapi、 Django、Flask、Spring Boot ,Gin等）；
4.熟悉并发编程,能够实现系统的高可用和高并发；
5.熟练掌握web服务开发或者服务端项目开发经验；
6.掌握数据库相关知识，包括关系型数据库（如 MySQL、PostgreSQL）和非关系型数据库（如 MongoDB、Redis），能够设计高效的数据库结构和查询语句；
7.熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes 等容器化和分布式部署技术，具备大模型应用的部署和运维经验者优先；
8.具备良好的代码编写习惯和问题解决能力，能够编写高质量、可维护的代码，快速定位和解决开发过程中的技术问题；
9.了解大模型应用开发相关的工作,有知识库搭建和管理的实际经验；
10.了解前端框架(vue,react)或有开发经验优先；
11.对人工智能和大模型技术有浓厚的兴趣，愿意不断学习和探索新的技术和方法;
12.具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，能够与不同团队成员有效合作，共同推进项目进展;
13.具有较强的责任心和执行力，能够独立承担工作任务，按时完成工作目标。
