3. 负责第三方系统对接与业务闭环：开发标准化 Python 接口，对接下游 ERP 系统，完成单据提交、状态查询、数据回写、接口鉴权等业务逻辑，实现跨系统数据打通与流程自动化。
4. 负责前后端分离架构对接：基于 Python 开发后端服务接口，完成与 Vue 前端的接口联调、文档输出、问题排查，保障前后端高效协作。
5. 负责智能对话交互模块对接与维护：配合团队完成 Chatbot 流式对话模块对接，基于现有框架完成接口适配、流程对接与功能优化。
6. 负责系统部署、运维与优化：完成 Python Web 系统环境配置、服务部署、性能调优、问题排查，保障生产环境稳定运行。
7. 负责团队技术带教与管理：带领初级、中级 Python 开发工程师，制定开发规范，评审代码，解决日常开发技术难题，提升团队研发效率。
8. 参与需求分析与技术方案输出：对接业务需求，输出接口文档、开发计划与技术方案，推动需求落地。
9. 英文技术文档与协作：能够独立完成英文技术文档、接口文档、设计方案的撰写与阅读，使用英文进行书面技术沟通与需求对接。
