In 2019, the Group completed a mixed-ownership reform with China Economic City Investment Construction Group Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with the State Council, transforming into a state-owned enterprise. This fully leveraged the resource integration capabilities of a state-owned enterprise and the market mechanism vitality of a private enterprise, with annual output value reaching over 20 billion yuan and strong business growth momentum. It currently has 3 subsidiaries and 9 branches, with business coverage across the country.
