The company participated in the drafting of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's standard "Data Transmission Standard for Pollutant Online Monitoring (Monitoring) Systems" (HJ 212-2017). At present, the "Huanwutong" system has been fully deployed to the national pollution source online monitoring platform of ecological and environmental departments across the country, and has been widely applied in sewage treatment projects nationwide.
The "Huanwutong" online monitoring management system is a new type of intelligent environmental online monitoring and collection system that integrates 5G, artificial intelligence, machine vision, and environmental and working condition situational awareness. It places various sensors and transmission instruments in the monitored facilities, collects, uploads, and analyzes the working condition process information, surrounding supporting factors, and video information that affect the emission results, 24 hours online, achieving prediction and early warning of facility operation status and pollutant emission development trends. The system has designed strict layered, graded, authorized, and reviewed management functions and measures. It is divided into a PC management terminal and a mobile phone terminal, economically feasible, and simple and effective to manage. At present, the "Huanwutong" system has been widely used in the full-process online monitoring of sewage/waste gas/solid waste treatment, and has been extended to applications such as drinking water source protection, river sewage outlet monitoring, and comprehensive environmental supervision of industrial parks.

1. On May 24, 2016, the research project "Online Monitoring of Rural Small-scale Sewage Treatment (Equipment)" was launched in Beijing, with 7 environmental protection experts and college professors serving as expert advisors. This project takes solving the "sunbathing" problem caused by "high cost" and "lack of standards" in the supervision of small-scale sewage facilities as its core goal, and successfully passed acceptance and concluded in December 2017.
2. On May 24, 2016, the project launch of "Online Monitoring of Rural Small-scale Sewage Treatment (Equipment)" (Beijing).
3. In December 2017, the project acceptance meeting was held at the Pollution Source Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
? Huawei Cooperation
In August 2020, Huawei and Hunan Aerospace Diatuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement and launched the jointly developed new generation "Huawei PC500 Huanwutong Intelligent Monitoring System". This is Huawei's first cooperation with a Hunan environmental protection enterprise.
