About the Company

重庆江亘机械有限公司坐落在重庆市江津区双福镇工业园区内，公司成立于2013年8月，前身为高新技术产业开发区明庆机械厂。现有生产场地3000余平米，现职工60余人，主要从事汽车零部件及模具的开发制造和销售。
经过多年的积淀，已形成对汽车钣金件以及全车身铰链模具专业的开发制作团队。参与了如长安汽车、上汽通用五菱、吉利汽车、长安马自达、东风小康等多个项目的铰链开发工作，多次在铰链模具的设计开发方面展开与加拿大专家团队的交流学习，吸取了诸多国外先进的理念并得到运用实践。在汽车零部件以及模具的生产过程中公司采用CATIA以及UG等软件进行模具设计和数控加工编程，用Dynaform/Autoform对零件和模具进行拉延以及成型可行性做CAE分析，已实现CAD/CAM/CAE一体化。公司为了能达到与国际化接轨的要求，实现自我提升和完善的目的，现阶段正在通过质量管理认证体系。
公司目前已参与并成功完成长安汽车、吉利汽车、上汽通用五菱、东风小康、长安马自达等多家国内大型汽车生产厂家的模具开发并已经批量生产。
