It is a controlled subsidiary of Changsha Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., a large national comprehensive Grade A design and research institute, and is affiliated with Aluminum Corporation of China Limited, a Fortune Global 500 company. On December 16, 2020, the company completed the industrial and commercial changes for the mixed-ownership reform and obtained a new business license. The company currently holds Grade A engineering supervision qualifications (housing construction engineering, smelting engineering, mining engineering), Grade B engineering supervision qualifications (municipal public works, chemical and petroleum engineering), and Grade B engineering cost qualification. In February 2020, the company successfully entered the database of agent construction units for government-invested projects in Hunan Province.
