2012年12月17日,公司名称已由山东华阳科技股份有限公司变更为山东宏达矿业股份有限公司。
2017年1月,公司名称由山东宏达矿业股份有限公司变更为上海宏达矿业股份有限公司英文名称由ShandongHongdaMiningCo.,Ltd.变更为ShanghaiHongdaMiningCo.,ltd.。
2020年12月,公司名称由“上海宏达矿业股份有限公司”变更为“上海智汇未来医疗服务股份有限公司”,英文名称由“ShanghaiHongdaMiningCo.,ltd.”变更为“ShanghaiTopcareMedicalServicesCo.,Ltd.”。
