Chongqing Everbright Bailingbang Health Care Industry Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and is a member enterprise of China Everbright Elderly Care. Everbright Bailingbang is a professional comprehensive operator dedicated to providing all-round, high-quality health care services for the elderly. Integrating six major business formats—institutional elderly care, community elderly care, home-based elderly care, rehabilitation medicine, smart elderly care, and elderly care training—it uses a standardized system to drive service upgrades, providing elderly people with full-age, one-stop, multi-category national health care services.
As of 2020, Everbright Bailingbang has made strategic deployments in more than 30 key cities across six provinces—Chongqing, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangxi, Henan, and Sichuan. It has 60 health care projects, operates more than 10,000 elderly care beds, and has invested in and built a floor area of 300,000 square meters.
In 2015, Everbright Bailingbang took the lead in conducting research, exploration, and practice of smart elderly care in Southwest China, gradually forming a full-coverage service model of "three-level linkage and center-led stations" among institutions, communities, and homes, building a complete service, management, and quality control system, and providing elderly people with one-stop standardized elderly care services covering independent living, assisted living, and nursing care in their later years.
In 2016, Everbright Bailingbang began to expand into the elderly care markets of Zhejiang, Fujian, and even the whole country, gradually achieving parallel development of the "three carriages" of institutional elderly care, community elderly care, and home-based elderly care. Up to now, Everbright Bailingbang has served 160,000 people nationwide and established 100,000 elderly information files. It has been highly praised by relevant government departments at all levels in Chongqing, Zhejiang Province, and Fujian Province, and has successively received on-site guidance from leaders including Gao Xiaobing, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Civil Affairs; Li Baoku, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Chairman of the China Aging Development Foundation; Ge Zhirong, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Counselor of the State Council; Zhang Weixing, Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs (Department of International Cooperation); and Zhen Bingliang, Party Secretary of the Social Welfare Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
In its journey dedicated to the development of the aging industry, through unremitting efforts, Everbright Bailingbang has been awarded the "Internet Plus Demonstration Elderly Care Enterprise" by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, and the "National Smart Health and Elderly Care Demonstration Enterprise" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the National Health Commission. It has also been awarded the presidency unit of the Yubei District Elderly Care Service Association of Chongqing and the standing council unit of the China Social Welfare and Elderly Service Association. It has successively passed multiple international certifications, including the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as more than ten national patents. It has been rated as a AAA credit enterprise and AAA credit-rated enterprise. Multiple projects under it have won the title of Respecting the Elderly and Civilization Unit.
