Hongxu Holding Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned large-scale automotive equipment supporting enterprise and an overseas listed company. It currently has two major production bases in mainland China, one of which is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, and has been operating for 18 years, having grown into a key backbone enterprise for automotive moulds in China. The other production base is located in Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and is currently under construction, expected to commence production in early 2019.
Zhejiang Hongxu factory covers an area of 140 mu (about 9.33 hectares), with a building area of 89,900 square meters; it employs approximately 800 people, producing about 1,500 sets of moulds and 500 sets of checking fixtures annually. The company's main business focuses on the design, development, manufacturing, and services for automotive body panel and high-strength structural part moulds and checking fixtures, positioning itself as a leading manufacturer of full-body sheet metal moulds. It can provide customers with comprehensive tooling and technical services from product simultaneous engineering through to the batch production stage of the body-in-white. Mould products range from single-process dies for automated production, multi-station dies, progressive dies, to door and decklid hemming dies and roller hemming dies; checking fixture products include gauges, measuring fixtures, and matching sample frames conforming to various mainstream quality standard systems.
