Zhejiang Poly Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Poly Development Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Established in October 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, the company has, since Poly Development's entry into Hangzhou in 2007, developed and operated 43 real estate projects across cities including Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Huzhou, Cixi, Zhoushan, Shangyu, Wenzhou, Taizhou, and Jinhua in Zhejiang. To date, its sales have exceeded RMB 40 billion. In 2017, the company streamlined its operations, focusing on the city center as its axis, and began to deeply cultivate the Hangzhou market, successively developing high-end quality projects such as Jade Coast, Genesis, and Grand Realm, thereby completing its layout of the "Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle". In 2018, following the Hangzhou municipal government's "One River, Two Banks" cross-river development plan, it created the Poly Riverside · Shangpin project in Qianjiang New City. In 2019, seizing the opportunity of the post-G20 and pre-Asian Games era, the company developed the Poly · Chengpin project in Qianjiang Century City and the Xiaoshan Xinjie project, making positive contributions to Hangzhou's international development. Guided by the strategy of the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle, in August 2019, the company acquired a strategic land parcel in the Sizhushan area of Zhoushan, further deepening its footprint across Zhejiang. With the triple combination of "culture + tourism + ecology" as its core, the company has, on the one hand, partnered with the Fenghua government in Ningbo to build an ecological cultural city project with a total investment of approximately RMB 30 billion, and, on the other hand, will develop a comprehensive cultural and tourism town project themed around "aviation" in Zhujiajian, Zhoushan, tapping into the deep cultural connotations of the local area to empower brand and city IP attributes, making it a strong engine for driving urban economic development and assisting both cities in achieving strategic transformation.
