Hunan New Hope Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd., restructured from the former Wangcheng District Planning and Architectural Survey and Design Institute of Changsha City, was established in 1987. With convenient transportation, it is the only comprehensive unit in Wangcheng District possessing qualifications in planning design, architectural design, municipal engineering, geological survey, and surveying. Since its establishment, the institute has undertaken hundreds of engineering project designs covering the entire process from planning and architectural schematic design, preliminary design, and construction drawing design to later-stage coordination. These projects encompass office buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, schools, residential buildings, apartments, villas, and urban complexes integrating multiple functions.
