江苏福旭科技有限公司由福建客商在江苏省沭阳县投资兴建，总投资45亿元，建筑面积10万平方米，是一家及太阳能铸锭、硅片、电池片、组件研发、生产、销售为一体的高新技术产业。公司总规模为1000兆瓦铸锭、硅片生产能力，项目分期建设，目前一期占地240亩，完成500兆瓦铸锭、硅片生产能力。公司从国外引进目前国际先进的自动化铸锭、硅片加工、检测流水线。生产线全部采用先进的进口设备，具有自动化程度高、技术先进、员工劳动强度小、无污染等优点。二期新建200兆瓦太阳能电池组件生产线，即可延长公司业务产业链，又可以消化公司降级硅片，达到利润*大化。
