Yijiayi (Guangzhou) Health and Elderly Care Industry Development Co., Ltd. entered the rehabilitation nursing field in 1998, providing professional services in community home-based elderly care services, home rehabilitation nursing/care services, hospital escort/nursing services, and elderly care institution operation services. It has established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 50 well-known hospitals and nursing homes, and has provided services to over 10 million patients and over 1 million elderly people. After 25 years of development, its business segments have expanded to include eight major sectors: institutional care services, community home care/rehabilitation nursing services, long-term care insurance services, medical rehabilitation services, integrated medical and elderly care services, public utility services, talent training, and health mall. It has developed into one of the largest rehabilitation nursing professional service institutions in South China.
As a well-known rehabilitation nursing brand in South China, Yijiayi adheres to the new model of "standardization, professionalism, and intelligence," continuously paying attention to the application of advanced rehabilitation nursing technology and information management technology to the rehabilitation needs of patients and the elderly in different life scenarios. It has designed differentiated services for the environmental characteristics of hospital/nursing home scenarios and home/community scenarios to meet the personalized service needs of different patients and elderly people. Eight major business segments:
- Institutional care service segment
Starting in 1998, it began to provide escort and nursing services in hospitals and other institutions, offering professional care/nursing services to hospitals, nursing homes, and sanatoriums. To date, it has established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 50 well-known hospitals and nursing homes.

- Home care/rehabilitation nursing service segment
In 2008, it started community home-based elderly care services, providing door-to-door rehabilitation nursing and daily care services for the elderly at home, allowing them to enjoy their old age comfortably at home, alleviating worries for society and families, and truly realizing the corporate mission of "helping people lead a life with dignity, value, and happiness."

- Yijiayi nursing stations
Yijiayi's first community nursing station was established in 2018 and was among the "first batch of pilot nursing stations in Guangzhou." Now, stations have been set up in all 11 administrative districts of the city, showing chain development. In 2020, in the assessment of 113 pilot nursing stations in the city, four Yijiayi nursing stations were awarded "Guangzhou Pilot Nursing Station - Excellent Assessment Level." Currently, Yijiayi nursing stations have also been opened in Foshan, Nanning, Fuzhou, and other places.

- Long-term care insurance service segment
In 2017, Yijiayi became one of the first designated home care service institutions for long-term care insurance in Guangzhou. To date, it has provided nursing services to more than 3,000 severely disabled insured individuals, gaining recognition from both the insured and the local government. Yijiayi has established 13 nursing stations in the Guangzhou-Foshan area, equipped with a professional team of nurses and rehabilitation therapists, and implemented a regional head nurse management system to provide customers with a dual-line service plan of nurses and caregivers.
In 2021, Guangxi Yijiayi Health Industry Development Co., Ltd. became one of the first batch of home-based designated service institutions for long-term care insurance in Nanning, replicating Guangzhou's long-term care insurance service model in Nanning.

- Medical rehabilitation segment
Yijiayi began to focus on the medical rehabilitation segment in 2019. Its invested Guangzhou Mingxin Rehabilitation Medical Center is a specialized rehabilitation medical institution approved by the competent government industry authorities. The medical team of Mingxin Rehabilitation Medical Center was established with the participation of experts from former top-tier (Grade III Level A) hospitals, with domestic rehabilitation medicine experts serving as senior technical consultants. Experts in rehabilitation medicine from both domestic and international fields are regularly invited for consultations and technical guidance.

- Elderly care institution segment
Yijiayi has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the elderly care industry and has pioneered a new elderly care management model of "smart + medical + health care." It is committed to providing full-process services of consulting + design + operation for elderly care projects, using operational thinking to guide project positioning and product design to ensure sustainable operation. Projects have been launched in Liuzhou and Fuzhou.

- Elderly care talent training segment
Through its cooperation with more than 50 medical institutions, Yijiayi has gradually formed a mature training system, regularly providing "practical + specialized" professional skills training to more than 3,000 frontline employees to enhance their service capabilities. In 2020, with the help of Internet technology, Yijiayi provided a high-quality, fast, and personalized "zero-distance" interactive platform for trainers and trainees, enabling cross-regional and cross-city remote training. Course training is not limited by time or region. In 2022, Yijiayi invested in the establishment of "Guangzhou Yijiayi Vocational Skills Training School Co., Ltd."

- Public utility service segment
Yijiayi's public utility service segment includes social work services, home-based elderly care services, and other government-purchased services. In 2014, it established a social service institution - Guangzhou Yijiayi Social Work Service Center, which, in addition to professional services such as elderly care, medical care, disability assistance, family development, and healthy growth of adolescents, also integrates social resources to carry out community public welfare services. Over the years, we have hosted multiple social organization venture capital projects, undertaken projects such as Yikang Center, home-based elderly care services, integrated medical and elderly care services, assessment and inspection services, and many of our operated projects have received extensive attention and unanimous praise from the government and society.

- Yijiayi service system
The Yijiayi service system is an Internet + rehabilitation nursing/care platform led and developed by Yijiayi. It uses Internet information management technology to improve management efficiency and enhance the service experience of patients and the elderly. Currently, three systems have been launched and used: the Yijiayi hospital escort system, the Yijiayi long-term care insurance system, and the Yijiayi caregiver credit system.
