Guangdong Fine Arts Construction Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 with a registered capital of RMB 100.1 million yuan. Originally named Guangdong Fine Arts Design and Decoration Engineering Company, it was renamed Guangdong Fine Arts Design and Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2009 after restructuring. Later, to meet strategic development needs, it was upgraded and renamed to its current name in 2021. The company is a national first-class contractor for building decoration and renovation engineering, a national first-class contractor for building curtain wall engineering, a grade A design institute for building decoration engineering, and a third-class general contractor for building construction. Additionally, the company holds first-class qualifications for electronic and intelligent engineering, ancient building engineering, building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and fire protection facility engineering, as well as grade B qualifications for building curtain wall design and third-class qualifications for steel structure engineering. It was among the first to pass ISO9001 international quality management system, ISO14001 international environmental management system, and GB/T 28001 international occupational health and safety management system certifications. The company's predecessor was the Guangdong Provincial Research Institute of Arts and Crafts. In 1993, to adapt to economic development needs, Guangdong Fine Arts Design and Decoration Engineering Company was established, growing with interior decoration design and engineering as its core business.
