Panasonic Procurement (China) Co., Ltd., formerly 'Panasonic International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.' (renamed in April 2016), was officially established in July 2003. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan's Panasonic Procurement Company in China. The company is registered in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, with its office located in Hongkou District, and has offices in Hangzhou, Beijing, Dalian, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou.
