KPM Mining Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: KPM) was established in 2011, located in the Industrial Park of Likasi City, Haut-Katanga Province, in the southeastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo [abbreviated as: DRC], with a factory industrial park covering an area of 10.5 square kilometers. After more than ten years of development, KPM Mining has grown into a modern industrial and mining enterprise integrating mine development, electrolytic copper production, and sales. The KPM team is a highly execution-oriented team composed of Chinese and Congolese employees, covering functional areas such as administration, production, mining areas, and exploration. Administration is composed of departments including general affairs, finance, foreign affairs, procurement, sales, laboratory, security, and logistics. Members hold master's degrees, bachelor's degrees, and other educational qualifications. The affiliated farm raises cattle, sheep, pigs, and other livestock, and grows various vegetables and fruits to ensure daily food supply for employees. Production has multiple production workshops including crushing, ball milling, thickening, extraction and electrowinning, tailings, electrical, maintenance, and sulfuric acid. The heads of each workshop have rich practical experience, are familiar with production processes, and have strong operational capabilities. The production equipment used is all well-known brands from domestic and international sources. The mining area has a professional mining team and mining equipment, as well as numerous mining engineering and transport vehicles, and is supported by a highly skilled auto repair team and a professional road maintenance team. Exploration is a professional team integrating geology, geophysical prospecting, surveying, mining, and laboratory testing.
