四合微电是中国科学院微电子所在集成电路先进封装领域布局的成果，是板级扇出型（ Panel级Fanout ）封装技术制造分立器件/模组厂商。
四合微电致力于建设 Panel 级（板级）功率器件 Fan out （扇出）封装工艺制造平台，并以此平台为基础开展先进 Fan out 封装工艺技术研究与功率器件/模组产品研究，面向消费类电子、工控、汽车电子、通信/ 服务器、医疗等各种不同领域客户进行新型高密度功率器件/模组产品研发、制造、销售，产品类型涵盖 TVS 、 MOSFET 、SBD 、Bridge 、DC-DC 、 IPM 等多种器件和模组。历时四年研发，四合已完成功率器件 Panel 级 Fanout 封装技术开发，基于此技术完成研发并量产全球首款基于 Panel 级 DFN 类 Fanout 封装的 TVS 产品系列，产品可靠性达到汽车级 AEC-Q100 标准。该 TVS 产品系列已在小米、海尔、海信等终端品牌中实现批量应用。
