“中科无线半导体”团队组建于2011年,前身为“国家微波实验室”是一家军转民营企业。由中国科大校友团队创办，团队来自各大所从事多年芯片设计经验，公司属于一家设计+封测、销售为一体的芯片公司。从事低功耗物联网、卫星导航芯计，射频PA，开关，双工器，滤波器，电源功率芯片，车载快充芯片，射频混合信号处理器和第三代氮化镓半导体芯片设计,生产封装和销售。
芯片设计团队均来自中电XX所《三模四通道射频接收芯片》研制工作，导航制式包括：GPS、北斗、NB-iot GLONASS,雷达芯片，已成功研制并已实现量产，部分团队来自，中兴微电子芯片设计与国内知名上市模拟芯片设计公司总工。
