About the Company

The company was approved by the Chongqing Municipal Commission for Economic System Reform under Document Yu Gai Wei [1992] No. 33, and in May 1992 was restructured from the former Chongqing Housing Development and Construction Company into a joint-stock limited company. In July 1993, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In August 1999, upon deliberation and approval by the interim shareholders' meeting, the company changed its name from Chongqing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. to Chongqing Yukaifa Co., Ltd.
