Hubei Xin Hongluo Tax Advisors Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xin Hongluo Group") was renamed from Hubei Daxin Hongluo Tax Advisors Group Co., Ltd. in May 2017. The predecessor of the Group was one of the first batch of domestic tax advisory firms established in 1993 by the Wuhan Hongshan District Taxation Bureau upon approval of the State Administration of Taxation. In 2000, it was restructured into Wuhan Hongluo Tax Advisory Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 30.6 million. In 2010, it became the only tax advisory firm in Hubei Province to rank among the top 100 nationwide, and in 2012 it was rated by the China Certified Tax Agents Association as one of the 9 5A-level tax advisory firms in China.
Xin Hongluo Group is a professional tax intermediary service institution focusing on providing enterprises with various tax-related services during their establishment and production and operation processes, including tax agency, tax consulting, tax advisory, tax planning, tax-related authentication, tax examination, and other related tax matters. To adapt to the advent of the Internet era and achieve the transformation and upgrading of the Group's business, on the basis of ensuring the stable development of the firm's original business, it organically combines traditional fiscal and tax intermediary services with modern information technologies such as the Internet and cloud computing. In 2011, it established a professional R&D team and set up Hubei Hongluo Yilian Technology Co., Ltd., successively developing fiscal and tax informatization products such as the "Yungang Accounting Platform", the "Yungang Financial Platform", the "Rural Collective Economic Internal Control Management Platform", and a fiscal and tax laws and regulations information database, and obtained computer software copyright registration certificates from the National Copyright Administration. At the same time, Xin Hongluo Group has expanded its fiscal and tax professional intermediary service field into street (township)-level financial agency and one-stop accounting outsourcing services for small, medium, and micro enterprises.
Xin Hongluo Group is currently a standing council member unit of the China Certified Tax Agents Association, a council member unit of the Hubei Province Financial Shared Services Association, an authorized institution of the China Association of Chief Financial Officers for the accounting and fiscal practical operation project, and an authorized service institution for small and medium-sized enterprises by the Wuhan Municipal Economic and Information Commission and districts such as Hanyang. At the same time, it has formed a strategic cooperation with the training institution of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, providing year-round business training and platform application services for managers of small and medium-sized enterprises, accounting personnel, and fiscal and tax personnel of government departments.
Under Xin Hongluo Group, there are three operating companies: Hubei Hongluo Yilian Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongshui Hongluo (Beijing) Tax Advisory Co., Ltd., and China Taxation (Hong Kong) Planning Co., Ltd., with branches in various prefectures, cities, and prefectures throughout the province.
