Located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Dalian City, Liaoning Province, with registered capital of €72.6 million, it was established on March 10, 2005, with construction starting that year and official production commencing in April 2006. Since its establishment in 2005, plants from Phase I to Phase V have been successively built and put into operation. The plant area covers 50,000 square meters, with a production area of 32,000 square meters. It currently employs 522 people. Annual production has reached 6.5 million traditional camshafts and 600,000 integrated covers. For three consecutive years, sales have exceeded RMB 1.2 billion. thyssenkrupp Powertrain Components (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in manufacturing automotive engine camshafts and providing related services. The main products are assembled camshafts and cylinder head cover module assemblies, applied to automotive engines to control the opening and closing of valves. The company possesses advanced production processes and a full set of advanced equipment imported from Germany, and has obtained ISO/14001-2004 Environmental Management System certification, OHSAS18001-2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, and ISO/TS16949-2009 Automotive Industry Management System certification.
