The company has the independent ability to undertake: engineering bidding agency, investment estimation of construction projects, preparation and review of project proposals and economic evaluation, engineering budget estimates, settlement, completion final accounts, bill of quantities preparation, tender control price (base bid), whole-process tracking audit and monitoring of engineering, project completion settlement and final accounts, appraisal and arbitration consultation of engineering cost economic disputes, engineering cost information services, and other business capabilities.
