数字兵团公司总部设在三师图木舒克市前海西街双创中心产业园，办公面积500余平米，在乌鲁木齐市光明路时代广场设立分公司，办公面积1000余平米，负责兵团本级业务工作开展。目前，公司及合作伙伴员工达200余人。
