Team Leader Quality Management
1. Management plant quality department including staff career development, recruitment, Training, Work allocations, and target setting or monitoring to achieve the best results.;
管理工厂质量部门，包括员工职业发展，招聘，培训，工作分配和目标设定或监控，以达到***效果;
2. Apply the company's quality policy, and implement and maintain an effective quality assurance system based on QMS requirements. Maintenance IATF16949/ISO 14001 certificate. Response for internal and external audit preparation and follow up the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
应用公司的质量方针，根据质量管理体系的要求，实施和维护有效的质量保证体系。维护IATF16949/ISO 14001证书。负责内部和外部审核的准备工作，并跟踪纠正和预防措施，确保体系的有效性。
3. Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally among departments and take preventive actions and quick responses, in collaboration with the cross-function team to exceed customer satisfaction.
处理客户投诉，内部协调，采取预防措施和快速反应，与跨部门团队合作，以超越客户满意度。
4. Support plant KPI target setting and organize monthly KPI meetings (QOS) with the cross-function team to conduct continuous improvement. Supervise plant Quality KPIs – contribute to their achievement in cooperation with the plant manager (e.g.: quality costs, claims rate, scrap rate, etc.)
支持工厂KPI目标设定，组织月度KPI会议(QOS)，与跨部门团队进行持续改进。监督工厂质量关键绩效指标——与工厂经理合作促进其实现(例如:质量成本，索赔率，报废率等)
5. Series production quality inspection according to inspection standard, including first/last article inspection, process audit, support new project quality inspection, etc.
根据检验标准进行系列产品质量检验，包括初/末件检验，过程审核，支持新项目质量检验等。
6. Support the launch preparation for new projects by acting as key contact for Quality topics from the plant side and preparing the plant for launch in collaboration with Quality Planning
支持新项目的启动准备工作，作为工厂质量问题的关键联系人，并与质量计划部门合作，为新项目的启动做好准备
7. Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customer and satisfy the customer with product performance, communication, fast response, etc….
与客户建立并保持良好的关系，以产品性能，沟通，快速反应等方式满足客户需求....
8. Proactively escalate Quality issues according to the Quality Escalation Standard
根据质量升级标准主动升级质量问题
9. Support central quality team for continuous improvement purposes
支持中心质量团队进行持续改进
10. Moderator plant QRQC problem solve approach system to take fast corrective action when necessary to minimize defects and potential failures
缓和工厂QRQC问题解决方法体系，在必要时采取快速的纠正措施，以减少缺陷和潜在故障
Working experience in Automotive Tier 1
