Shenzhen Anbao Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anbao Medical") was founded in 2001. It is a specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise professionally engaged in comprehensive solutions for first aid and life support, with more than 500 employees. Since its establishment, it has always been committed to the research and development and industrialization of emergency and critical care related products, attaches great importance to the accumulation of research and development of technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights, and insists on independent innovation. It has been awarded the titles of Engineering Technology Research Center for First Aid and Life Support Medical Equipment of Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, and Guangdong Province. The enterprise has more than 40 NMPA medical registration certificates for Class II and Class III medical devices from China's Food and Drug Administration, including more than 30 products such as intelligent multi-functional transport and therapeutic ventilators, high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy devices, automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation devices, AEDs, defibrillator monitors, video laryngoscopes, sputum suction machines, electric portable suction devices, and first aid training models, and has obtained medical device certifications in multiple overseas regions such as EU CE, US FDA, and Canada MDL. It has more than 25,000 customers in China and exports to more than 100 countries and regions overseas. Since its establishment, Anbao Medical has served as the general agent in China for first aid products of well-known enterprises in the United States, Canada, Germany, and other countries. In 2004, Anbao Medical began to establish a project for independent research and development of its first first aid medical device, transforming to engage in the technical research and development and import substitution of domestic emergency vehicle onboard equipment. In that year, it obtained dual certification of ISO9001 and ISO13485 from the German TÜV organization. In 2008, the first two emergency transport ventilators were successfully launched and obtained EU CE certification. In 2011, Anbao Medical became one of the first batch of medical enterprises in Shenzhen to be recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, and its inhaled sedation and analgesia series products won the title of Shenzhen Independent Innovation Product. In 2015, Anbao Medical won the Excellent Patent Award of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. In 2018, the enterprise obtained the title of the only "Engineering Technology Research Center for First Aid and Life Support Medical Equipment" in Guangdong Province. In the same year, the T series intelligent transport ventilators were launched, comprehensively improving product performance and core competitiveness. From 2020 to 2021, with the launch of multiple ventilators and cardiopulmonary resuscitation machines, the CABD full-series solutions were officially launched, and the Core Components Research Division was also officially established. Anbao Medical has led and participated in multiple research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, provincial science and technology departments, and municipal science and innovation committees, completing research and development project establishment and achieving technological breakthroughs. During the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Anbao Medical successively provided various medical devices to various parts of the world and donated more than one million epidemic prevention materials to many places across the country.
