Hubei Supply and Marketing Grain and Oil Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Grain and Oil Group") was established in October 2013 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Asset Management Company of Hubei Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative. In June 2021, it changed its name from "Hubei Supply and Marketing Huinong Industrial Group Co., Ltd." to its current name.
The Grain and Oil Group's business covers grain, oil, food and bulk agricultural products trade, fireworks and firecrackers, farmers' market operations, chain supermarkets, cold chain logistics, and property leasing, with various operating and service outlets throughout most cities and prefectures in the province. The Grain and Oil Group is the chairman unit of the Hubei Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations Federation and the Hubei Cooperative Trade Enterprise Association. It has been rated as an advanced unit by the Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative for many consecutive years and currently has more than 600 employees.

Among them, Hubei Supply and Marketing Huinong Fireworks and Firecrackers Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in national fireworks and firecrackers chain operations, the chairman unit of the Hubei Fireworks and Firecrackers Association, and the director unit of the Fireworks and Firecrackers Professional Committee of the China Daily Sundry Goods Association. The "Huinong" trademark has been awarded "Hubei Famous Trademark" and won the honorary title of the 2016-2017 National "Ankang Cup" Competition Winner awarded by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Ministry of Emergency Management. Hubei Supply and Marketing Hehexian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. operates and manages more than 30 farmers' markets in the central urban area of Wuhan, committed to building a large fresh food operation enterprise. Hubei Supply and Marketing Youxuan Commercial Management Co., Ltd.'s supermarkets have strong influence in the Jingzhou area. Hubei Supply and Marketing Modern Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. has the qualification of an importer of meat products and is gradually becoming an influential importer of imported meat in Central China.
