Hunan Jiachuang Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-based design enterprise specializing in the integrated services of feasibility study, design, planning, scientific research, consulting, and general contracting for "gas, heating, oil and natural gas, and chemical engineering." The company is headquartered in Changsha.
The company holds a Class A design qualification for the municipal industry (urban gas engineering), a Class B design qualification for the municipal industry (heating engineering), a pressure pipeline (GA, GB, GC class) design license, and other professional qualifications, as well as corresponding engineering consulting qualifications. In 2017, the institute passed the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, the ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification, and the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.
The company is currently a standing council member of the Hunan Urban Gas Association, a council member of the Hunan Survey and Design Association, and a member of the Hunan Engineering Consulting Association.

It has accumulated rich design and practical experience in the design of various gas sources such as natural gas, liquefied natural gas, compressed natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas.
