Shanghai Lujia Adhesive Co., Ltd. is a production-oriented enterprise integrating product research and development, production, and sales, specializing in the production and sale of high-grade hot melt adhesives and water-based adhesives, which are widely used in wood processing, bookbinding, printing processing, food packaging, sanitary products, engineering, tapes, labels, shoemaking, and cigarette manufacturing, among other fields. Lujia Company has 20 years of history and experience in the development, application, and sales of adhesives.
Since its establishment in 1995 (formerly Shanghai Lujia Industrial Co., Ltd.), Lujia Company has introduced modern enterprise management models and innovated and applied advanced marketing and service development models, greatly changing the marketing concepts of the domestic adhesive industry. It continuously develops new products, meets new customer requirements, provides comprehensive solutions to customers, improves product quality and production efficiency, and thereby, with excellent product cost performance and high-quality service, helps customers reduce comprehensive costs, increase production efficiency, and improve product quality, thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of customer products and achieving common development with customers. During the 15 years since 2000, Lujia Company's market share in China's high-grade woodworking adhesive market has consistently ranked first in the country.
The factory of Lujia Company is located in Xujing Economic Development Zone, Qingpu District, Shanghai, close to Hongqiao International Airport and Shenhai Expressway, with very convenient transportation. The factory is equipped with advanced production equipment and testing instruments, with over 10,000 square meters of building area for workshops, and an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of high-grade environmentally friendly water-based adhesives and hot melt adhesives.
In 2011, a new factory in Chengdu was registered and established, located in the specialized Yang'an Fine Chemical Industrial Park. It covers an area of over 70,000 square meters, with a factory building area of over 30,000 square meters, striving to build the largest modern production base for high-grade hot melt and water-based adhesives in the western region.
Currently, Lujia Company has marketing service offices in more than 50 large and medium-sized cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Harbin, Shenyang, Dalian, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan, and Kunming, providing timely and effective pre-sales and after-sales services to customers across the country. At the same time, Lujia Company actively participates in international competition, with products exported to Russia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and South Asia.
Lujia Company has obtained ISO9001-2008 quality certification and has formulated an HSE management system (Health, Safety, Environment). Through testing and appraisal by authoritative certification and testing institutions such as SGS and ITS, the company's water-based and hot melt adhesives comply with the content requirements of 58 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and the REACH regulation of the European Chemicals Agency, and meet the requirements of the EU RoHS directive. They do not contain phthalates, heavy metals, or toxic substances harmful to the ozone layer, and meet strict environmental standards such as EN71-PART3 & PART9 and ASTM F963A.
