Guangzhou Yingtai Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009, with its headquarters located at No. 9, Chaxi South Road, Songzhou Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, near the country's largest fruit wholesale market - Jiangnan Market. It is an imported fruit trading company integrating procurement, planting, production, processing, and sales. The headquarters mainly deals in imported fruits from Southeast Asia, including longan, mangosteen, durian, and dragon fruit. The company has branch offices in Thailand and Vietnam, and operates large-scale planting bases and processing plants in eastern, southern, and northern Thailand, as well as in Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang, Vietnam. The main business models of the headquarters include traditional wholesale, channel agency, and business cooperation. Currently, the three major fruit brands under the company - Yiyingtai, Yilvyuan, and Yisiage - are sold nationwide, with agency partners in major and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanchang, Qingdao, Jiaxing, Zibo, Shenyang, Zhengzhou, Kunming, and Chengdu. After over 10 years of industry accumulation and development, the annual wholesale output now exceeds 100,000 tons, with annual sales revenue exceeding 800 million yuan.
In 2018, the company fully entered the retail e-commerce sector, establishing two wholly-owned subsidiaries. Their main business models include fresh fruit procurement, supply and distribution, online e-commerce, and offline direct sales. Among them, the Foshan subsidiary in Guangdong, "Guangdong Guoshuitian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.", is located in Zhonglian Baoding Creative Industry Park, No. 1-3 Huangqi Mingya Road, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan. It has a modern processing plant of nearly 5,000 square meters, with a daily output of up to 30,000 kilograms, and also features a 500-square-meter flagship office area and product exhibition hall. The Jiaxing subsidiary in Zhejiang, "Zhejiang Guoshuitian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.", is located at No. 98 Desheng Road, Heshan Town, Tongxiang City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, with a modern processing plant of nearly 2,000 square meters, capable of a daily output of up to 10,000 kilograms. Each subsidiary integrates procurement, sorting, freezing, packaging, logistics distribution, and sales, with annual turnover expected to exceed 400 million yuan.
