涧西分局的的“涧西区保安服务公司”后经河南省公安厅批准并注册，将其更名为“洛阳龙盛保安服务有限公司”。
公司下设14个保安大队，管辖61个保安中队，在在职保安人员3000余人，拥有规范的办公场所，服务客户单位200余家，涉及洛阳市行政机关、企事业单位、银行网点、医院、金融证券、娱乐场所、中小学校、大中专院校、大型商场、主要旅游景区（小浪底、龙门石窟等）、科研院所等重点单位和众多物业小区。
