江阴市恒业锻造有限公司创立于2000年，地处江阴市周庄镇陶城村，占地面积6万多平方米，建筑面积35000平方米，固定资产1.75亿元。现有工程师及专业技术人员32人，专职检验检测人员17人，管理人员和熟练的操作技工255人。
本公司是专业生产石油、锅炉、化工、压力容器、电站设备、船舶制造、机械制造用锻件、法兰及各种锻件制品的生产厂家。本公司现拥有6000吨自由锻液压机、8吨电液锤、3吨电液锤、1000Kg、750Kg空气锤等各种锻造设备8台套及配套锻造加热炉12台；电加热热处理设备8台；配备了10米重型单臂数控立车、6.3米、5米、4米、2.5米数控双柱立式车床、C61200×6/32卧式车床等40余台；GB21100深孔镗床、T160数控镗铣床、DD40/2卧式双主轴数控深孔钻床、PHD5050/2龙门移动式数控钻床、Z3080×25mm摇臂钻床；大型卧式、立式带锯床等机加工设备，以及清洗机、钢印机等多种专用设备共200余台套。为客户提供从下料、锻造、热处理到机加工配套服务。可以生产和加工80吨以下饼类、环类、筒类、轴类等各种型式的锻件毛坯、半成品和成品，年产量3.5万余吨。我公司对双相不锈钢(F51 、F53、 F55、 F60等)；超级不锈钢(904L、 F44等)；镍基合金类材料(N08825、N08811等) ；高合金钢(F91、F92、50Mn18Cr5等)；低温钢(SA350 LF2、09MnNiD)等材料的锻造和热处理拥有成熟完善的生产工艺、检验检测手段和成熟经验。为客户提供从锻造到机加工配套服务。产品出口日本、马来西亚、澳大利亚、美国和欧洲等地。公司在产品制造过程中严格按照ISO9001:2008质量管理体系对原材料的采购、产品生产过程、热处理过程、检验检测过程予以控制，同时公司遵照国家相关法律、法规和其他要求，增强环境、职业健康安全意识，在生产过程中做到节能降耗、保护环境、安全至上、追求健康的十六字方针。
