成都市预安防火中心由中国人民解放军、中国人民武装警察部队各兵种退伍军人、国家综合性消防救援队退役消防员以及社会专业救援队员组成，中心始终秉承:“忠诚于党，技术为本，全心为民”的宗旨，立志于成为一支专业的社会化应急安全宣传队伍。根据消防法中“消防工作贯彻以预防为主、防消结合”的方针，对成都市各机关团体、企事业单位开展防火知识宣传教育，内容包括逃生自救训练、企业安全教育、团队拓展训练、单位安全咨询、公益安全宣讲、防灾自救等。
