State-owned Wuhan Xinyu Machinery Factory

Factory No. 7435 of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (local name: State-owned Wuhan Xinyu Machinery Factory) was founded in 1949 and is currently a state-owned enterprise under the Equipment Department of the Rocket Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The factory currently covers a total area of 334 mu and consists of three factory zones. The main factory zone is located on Minzu Avenue, Hongshan District, Wuhan City, covering 165 mu, while the other two factory zones are located on Zhangzhidong Road and Pengliuyang Road in Wuchang District, and are now entirely used for the development of the tertiary industry.
In recent years, the enterprise has maintained a sound development momentum with full production tasks. In order to actively advance the reform of a modern enterprise management system, the factory has invested substantial funds in technological transformation, equipment renewal, and personnel training. Its production scale has continued to grow, and employees' incomes have increased year by year. The factory has successively been awarded honors such as "Excellent Enterprise in Basic Management" by the Equipment Department of the Rocket Force, Hubei Province, and Wuhan City; "Model Workers' Home of Hubei Province"; "Wuhan May 1st Labor Award"; "Advanced Party Organization in Wuhan's Enterprise Double Comparison and Double Competition"; "Advanced Unit in Wuhan Trade Union Work"; and the "Innovation Award of the Communist Youth League Wuhan Municipal Committee". It has also maintained the title of "Wuhan Civilized Unit" for many consecutive years.
