Guangzhou Meizhichen Enterprise Co., Ltd.

The Meizhichen·Jiada Holding Group is headquartered in Jiada International Plaza, Guangzhou. Founded by Mr. Chen Gongyan, the group's founder, a renowned philanthropist and a deputy to the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress (a native of Dabu, Meizhou, Guangdong), it started with the establishment of Nanchang Meizhichen in 1998. After 21 years of development, the group now has over 20 subsidiary companies across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Meizhou, and other places, as well as an online-offline merchant and member sharing life platform. It has formed six major business segments: technology, supermarket chain and supply chain, Jiada Plaza commercial operation, property and asset management, tea and catering, and investment holding, with a diversified development pattern. At present, the group's main business is in a period of rapid development, leveraging the independently built Jiada Tong new retail platform.

To meet the future business development needs of the group, in May 2019, the group's subsidiaries were restructured, and Meizhichen Group was renamed Guangdong Jiada Holding Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Meizhichen·Jiada Holding Group or Jiada Holding).
