Guangzhou Luogang District Kangning Hospital is a comprehensive hospital integrating medical care, preventive health care, and scientific research. The psychiatry department is responsible for outpatient and inpatient treatment of mental illnesses and assessment of mental disabilities for Guangzhou and surrounding areas.
