公司前身为湖南省邵阳市汽车附件一厂，该公司创建于1971年，2003年7月改制，是一家以冲压、焊接工艺为主，专业生产汽车钣金结构件与模具设计制作的民营企业。 公司拥有两个生产基地，分别位于邵阳市双清区双坡岭与邵阳市工业园区，共计占地面积2万余平方米，有40多年冲压焊接经验及过硬的硬件设施，钣金冲压件有2000万件加工能力。有大小冲床44台；各类型油压机16台；点、凸焊机12台；缝焊机2台；CO2保护焊机10台；机器人焊机3台；剪板机、离子切割机等冲焊设备。有40多年经验的模具设计、制作团队，其中高级职称2人，中级职称8人，可实现*优设计方案。
