Shanghai Jiuguang Department Store Co., Ltd., in which Shanghai Join Buy Co., Ltd. has invested and holds shares, was established on September 29, 2004, located at 1618 West Nanjing Road, east of the Shanghai Airport City Terminal. The company operates an urban 'shopping mall' integrating retail, dining, supermarkets, and leisure. The Jiubai City Plaza covers a total land area of 17,000 square meters, with a total building area of 91,613 square meters, one basement level and nine above-ground floors, a total building height of 53 meters, and nearly 200 parking spaces for vehicles. Since its opening, Jiuguang Department Store has introduced foreign department store management experience, integrating the flexible yet rigorous management model of Hong Kong Sogo Department Store over its 21 years of operation, Japan's meticulous service culture in commerce, and extensive procurement networks and business connections. Currently, over 500 renowned domestic and international brands have settled in Jiuguang Department Store, including nearly 10 brands entering the Chinese market for the first time and over 40 brands entering the Shanghai market for the first time. Examples include Tiffany's first store in Shanghai, Dunhill, Bally, THOMAS PINK's first store in Asia, Agnes's b, callaway, JEAN PAUL GAULTIER, and Yamazaki, Japan's largest bakery, with its first store in China.
