江西铜博科技有限公司于2016年8月18日设立。一期项目总投资约为10亿元人民币，厂区占地面积98亩。本项目建设工程包括生箔车间、五金库、固废库、化工库、综合仓库、循环水泵站、水处理车间、变配电房、办公楼、食堂等，工程建筑总面积为5.0万㎡。项目正式建成后，每年可生产20000吨高性能超薄电子级铜箔。公司主要产品为6微米（含）以上高性能超薄电子级铜箔，技术含量和产品附加值高，引进日本、韩国等*的设备，打造高科技、智能化、环保型为一体的现代化工厂。按照国家“十三五”新能源汽车和中国制造2025规划，锂电铜箔和车载用电子铜箔将迎来井喷式的发展机遇，铜箔产品目前供不应求，市场前景十分广阔。公司已申请一项发明专利和一项实用新型专利产品；另外还与国内知名高等院校等进行合作，开发及储备系列新技术。项目投产达标后，企业的产能在同行业中属江西省、全国规模第三，预计年销售收入可达18亿元以上，年创税1亿元以上，可解决就业400余人。同时公司也规划在抚州扩大投资，将电子级铜箔产能用3年时间扩大到50000吨，
