About the Company

Shangyangtong was founded in 2014 and is an expert in power semiconductor device design and module design. It is dedicated to the design and development of power semiconductor devices and the provision of high-performance, high-reliability power semiconductor solutions. The company has 3 R&D centers and a 1,500-square-meter reliability laboratory, and has obtained CNAS and German TUV Rheinland witness laboratory accreditation for automotive-grade product reliability. Cumulative shipments exceed 1 billion units, covering automotive-grade and industrial-grade products. In power device trench gate structures, packaging technologies, reliability and heat dissipation technologies, it has applied for and owns a total of 255 patents.

We are deeply engaged in fields such as high-voltage/high-current trench-type superjunction MOSFETs, high-voltage/high-current IGBTs, medium- and low-voltage trench-type SGT MOSFETs, SiC/GaN wide-bandgap semiconductors, and standard and customized power modules of various types, focusing on solving complex power conversion and management challenges for global customers.
