公司秉承“让城市更洁净、使环境更美好”的理念，主要承担城市垃圾处置、清洁转运、固体废物资源利用、生态文明环保教育、环境基础设施开发建设运营等职能。公司负责实施的环卫基础设施项目先后获得国家、省市级示范项目等荣誉称号。公司现有员工480余人，下设6个职能处室、 2家直属分公司及2家股份制公司。目前公司已运行两座电厂、四座生活固废清运中心和一座餐厨垃圾处理厂，正有序推进循环生态产业园二期等项目建设，并将致力于绍兴市固废垃圾资源化、无害化、减量化处置，力争为绍兴生态文明建设做出更大贡献。
