Xiezhong International Thermal Management Systems (Jiangsu) Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994, located in Nanjing Jiangning High-tech Park, with a registered capital of 665 million RMB and covering an area of 144,000 square meters. Starting from pickup truck air conditioning, it gradually focused on two main businesses: automotive thermal management systems and complete vehicle sales.
The group currently has a development layout: Nanjing headquarters, Beijing Rosenwell, Liaoning Xiezhong, Morocco Xiezhong, Wuhan Xiezhong, Zhejiang Xiezhong, Chengdu Xiezhong, Shandong Xiezhong, Xiezhong New Energy, as well as Zhuzhou Branch and Jilin Branch. It now has an annual production capacity of 5 million sets of automotive air conditioning.
Currently, we have established long-term good cooperative relationships with well-known domestic enterprises such as BAIC Group, China FAW, Hongqi, Dongfeng Group, GAC Group, Great Wall, Geely Automobile, and Li Auto. Since 2016, the group has explored the international market and cooperated with brands such as STELLANTIS Group, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz Daimler, Nissan, and Renault. It is currently in contact with leading new energy vehicle companies such as BYD, NIO, Hozon, Leapmotor, and Tesla.
The company is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province and has a provincial R&D engineering center. The experimental center has a certified laboratory, and the research institute hosts a provincial postdoctoral workstation. It has been rated as an advanced enterprise in Jiangning District for many years.
